SHOP Q&A
What is the cost of US domestic shipping?
Enjoy discounted flat-fee shipping of $5 when shipping throughout the USA.
Does my purchase price include sales tax?
Yes! Sales tax is included in every purchase when applicable in my store.
What is the cost of international shipping?
As a gift to my international collectors, I offer flat rate discounted USPS shipping on smaller purchases. To use an alternative carrier, please contact me. ︎
How long does it take you to ship out purchases?
Please allow for 1-3 weeks for shipping & handling. As a private artist, it takes time to create and send beautiful packages to collectors! Thank you!
What comes with my artwork?
Each piece comes with a thank you note and major works come with an authentification letter or card. During the holidays and special sales, I send extra surprise gifts and goodie bags.
How can I find out about new collections, surprise drops, and sales?
You can join my collectors mailing list for exclusive benefits and more. Join here.
Does free domestic or flat rate international shipping apply to major abstract and figurative works from your studio?
Due to the size and scale of these works, I am unable to offer reduced shipping. To collect abstract works directly please go to Artsy. If you’d like to collect an unrepresented work of art, please contact me directly.
I bought a piece and installed it into my home / office / gallery etc. Can I send you a photo for your website?
Yes! Please send me a photo. I would love to feature it! You can email me at charliejmeyers@gmail.com
Where else can I follow and view your work / find out about exclusive sales?
Instagram is the best place to see my latest works and works in progress. From time to time, I offer exclusive sales to Instagram followers + mailing list subscribers only. Follow me here and sign up for my mailing list here.
